Jack moved from Detroit, Michigan to attend Colorado College on a hockey scholarship and graduated with a minor in communications. Jack then went on to receive an MBA from Arizona State University. He then returned to Colorado and built one of the most successful insurance agencies on the Front Range of Colorado.

Jack V Downing has deep ties to Denver, Colorado and the surrounding communities. When he is not solving the insurance needs of his customers, Jack is active in other worthwhile pursuits. Jack V Downing is an avid golfer and enjoys coaching youth hockey. Jack has been a long-time member of the Denver Chamber of Commerce.
